Built for India
The rules Indian hospitals actually live under.
Not a global product with an India add-on. Each of these is part of how the modules work, and each line below says plainly what is live and what still depends on the hospital's own credentials.
ABDM and ABHA
Capture live; gateway integration in progressABHA numbers and addresses are captured at registration, format-checked, stored and shown masked. Patients can ask to link an ABHA from the portal and staff approve it. Verification through the ABDM gateway and the health-record exchange milestones are being built and need the hospital's own sandbox credentials and facility registration.
NABH
Supports the standardsIncidents and corrective actions, quality indicators calculated from the data, infection control, hand hygiene, licences, policies and training records, organised so the evidence exists before the assessor asks. NABH accredits hospitals, not software; the platform helps you keep the evidence.
PCPNDT
Built inA prenatal ultrasound asks for Form F and the declarations before acquisition, and the report cannot be signed if it mentions fetal sex. The monthly register is produced from the records.
Medico-legal cases
Built inAn emergency arrival can be opened as a medico-legal case with police intimation recorded against the clock. The record is marked restricted and masked from anyone without the right.
TPA and insurers
Built inPre-authorisation, claims, queries and settlement on the patient's account, with the payer share reducing the patient's balance. Claims can be exported as FHIR bundles; sending them through NHCX needs the hospital's own participant onboarding.
GST and accounts
Built inTax on every bill and purchase, a double-entry ledger behind the billing, GST registers by registration, trial balance, and export to Tally or Zoho Books.
Statutory payroll
Built in; rates confirmed by youPF, ESI, professional tax by state, TDS and LWF, payslips, full-and-final settlements and maker-checker pay runs. Statutory rates and slabs are entered and confirmed by your accountant.
Consent and the DPDP Act
Built inConsent is recorded per purpose and can be withdrawn by the patient in the portal. Marketing respects it. Every opening of a patient record is logged, and restricted records need a reason to open.
Where your data lives
Your choiceThe platform runs on infrastructure you choose, in India or elsewhere. Every hospital's records are separated at the database level with row-level security, and a test suite checks every table.
Ask how it fits your state and your payers.
A thirty-minute walkthrough with someone who knows hospitals, then a rollout plan for your beds, branches and modules.
