Software and platform
Use it as a service.
Build on it as a platform.
Hospitals run every module from day one. Groups, integrators and partners connect over FHIR and HL7, shape roles and approvals by configuration, and run many hospitals from one console, in our cloud or on their own servers.
FHIR R4 and HL7 v2
Standards-based interfaces with per-system tokens
Configuration, not code
Roles, approvals, masters and feature switches
Multi-tenant core
Every hospital sealed off at the database
Your cloud or ours
The same build, managed or self-hosted
By role
Each person sees their own hospital.
Permissions by role and branch, a dashboard for each job, and an assistant that works within exactly those permissions.
Owner or CEO
The whole hospital on one screen, every morning.
Medical superintendent
Clinical governance with the evidence already collected.
Nursing head
Every ward, every patient, every due dose.
CFO or billing head
Charges that post themselves and a day close that balances.
HR and payroll
From joining to payslip without a spreadsheet.
Quality and compliance officer
Audit evidence that exists before the audit.
Built for India
The rules Indian hospitals actually live under.
ABHA at registration, Form F for prenatal scans, GST on the bill, TPA on the account, PF and ESI on the payslip, and consent recorded the way the DPDP Act expects.
ABDM
ABHA numbers and addresses captured and masked; integration in progress.
NABH
Quality, infection control and licence modules built to support the standards.
PCPNDT
Form F, declarations and a report that cannot mention fetal sex.
TPA and insurers
Pre-authorisation, claims, queries and settlement on the account.
GST and accounts
Tax on every bill, a ledger behind it, Tally and Zoho export.
Statutory payroll
PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS and LWF, with payslips.
AI assistants
Help with the work.
Never with the diagnosis.
Each role gets an assistant that drafts, finds and summarises within that person's own permissions. Anything it would change waits for a person to approve. Questions about diagnosis, dosing or treatment are refused before any model is asked, and names are masked before text leaves the hospital.
- Runs as the signed-in person, never above them
- Proposals need approval; every step is audited
- Dictation becomes a structured note the doctor signs
Front desk
“Who hasn't confirmed tomorrow's 9 am slots?”
Billing
“Which discharges are waiting on a final bill?”
Nursing in-charge
“Draft the handover summary for ward 3.”
Medical superintendent
“Why did bed turnaround slip this week?”
Before and after
Without it, and with it.

Rollout
Go live in steps, not in one big bang.
Start where the pain is. Each step works on its own and the next one builds on its data.
- Step 01
Set up
Branches, wards and beds, services and tariffs, roles and people, imported from your spreadsheets.
- Step 02
Front office
Registration, OPD, admissions, billing and the pharmacy counter.
- Step 03
Clinical
Nursing, orders, laboratory, radiology, theatres and the emergency department.
- Step 04
Connect
Patient and partner portals, insurers, your analysers and PACS, and ABDM.
Security and compliance
Patient data deserves boring, provable safety.
Each hospital sealed off
Row-level security in the database keeps every hospital's records apart, and a test suite checks every table.
Everything audited
Every change, every record opened and every assistant action is logged, append-only.
Strong sign-in
Two-factor sign-in for administrators and finance, invite-only accounts and short sessions.
Sensitive records protected
Medico-legal and restricted records are masked, with break-glass access that needs a reason.
Built for India
ABHA capture, NABH-style quality evidence, PCPNDT safeguards, GST, and DPDP-minded consent.
Portals for patients and partners
Patients book, pay and give consent; referrers, corporates and vendors see only what is theirs.
Questions
Asked before every demo.
- Is it software we use, or a platform we build on?
- Both. Hospitals use it as a ready service, with every module working on day one. Groups and partners can also build on it: FHIR and HL7 interfaces, configurable roles and approvals, and per-hospital feature switches.
- How long does it take to go live?
- Registration, billing and the pharmacy counter can be live within weeks. Wards, laboratory and theatres follow at the pace your teams can absorb. Each step works on its own.
- Does the AI make clinical decisions?
- No. The assistants draft, find and summarise within each person's own permissions. Questions about diagnosis, dosing or treatment are refused before any model is asked.
- Where is our data kept?
- On the servers you choose. The platform runs on your own infrastructure or a cloud region you pick, with every hospital's records separated at the database level.
- Is it ready for ABDM and NABH?
- ABHA numbers and addresses are captured today and the ABDM integration is in progress. The quality, infection-control and licence modules are built to support NABH standards; NABH accredits hospitals, not software.
- Can we keep our existing lab analysers or PACS?
- Yes. Orders and results travel over HL7, and a FHIR interface is available for other systems.
- What about our existing data?
- Patients, services, tariffs, items and people can be imported from spreadsheets during onboarding.
